We provide free shipping within India delivery for orders above Rs 1000.We endeavor to dispatch your order within 2 business days, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 business days. You will be intimated via email upon dispatch of the order. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-5 business days for delivery within India Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Batik Art Stores is not liable.
Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges WITHIN INDIA It is our endeavor to provide you with the best customer service possible hence we permit exchanges within 14 business days of receiving the package but only in case of the following reasons. We do not entertain requests for returns. No other requests will be entertained aside from those mentioned below. 1)Size Mis-match 2)Wrong product received 3)Damaged product received You need to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package on fssujjain@gmail.com, else the goods will be considered sold and no further requests will be entertained. In case of above exchanges. 5 SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE YOUR GOODS Step 1 You need to inform us by email within 2 business days of receiving the parcel on fssujjain@gmail.com . If we are not informed within 2 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good. Step 2 Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return Step 3 Please seal the package properly and courier it to us at:Batik Art. Step 4 Please email us to inform us that you are sending the package back to us, with your order number as the subject line and tracking details in the body of the email. Step 5 Once we receive the products it will take is 24-48 working hours for us to do a quality check and then we will call you or email you for an exchange.
